scene 1 — OPEN, enters the room. He walks over to one of the observers and is handed a stack of report tapes. He take the reports to his desk and begins to listen to them. The control center seems relatively calm.
scene 1 — OPENOne of the observers reports to ELC. On his TV monitor two chrome policeman fuss over the body of the slain monk.
