We’ll have rules of play, such as ’Yes and,’ not ‘No, but’ so we can keep criticism constructive and keep the process moving forward, and slowly over many iterations of the process we’ll add the best thoughts from everyone until we have a plan that’s more robust and creative than anything any of us could have come up with on his or her own!
