I believe every company should strive to form a diverse table. If the people on your team are from diverse backgrounds, they will lead you to new and creative solutions to problems rather than just iterating. We need to find the next generation of diverse engineers, diverse biologists, diverse doctors. Because it's not just diverse employees, it's diverse thinking. Does that add a certain - ya know - politicized optics to this? I would say absolutely. I would say that is a tremendous factor for you to consider here. I don’t make these rules.
